These special limited edition 8" Gyuto's feature multi color stabelized wood handles and AUS10 Steel.
Our first ever special edition handles feature Burlwood that has been kiln-dried and vacuum dyed with stabelizing resin before being cured and polished into the handles you see now. They are set with polished brass seppas (spacers). Each handle is incredibly unique and set with different segments of multicolored wood.
The first two photos are the handle of this specific knife. Every knife comes in our siganture toasted pine box, hand signed by our lead blacksmith. We have done our best to capture the beauty of the handle in natural light but some variation will be present in person.
