Return Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our knives, and you have 30 days to return or exchange your purchase if you are not completely satisfied. Please read our return policy carefully for a smooth process.

Returns and Refunds

For returns and refunds, contact us to obtain shipping information. Note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 5% to 25% may be assessed from the refund amount if items are returned with damage or considerable wear.

International and Upgraded Shipping: For international orders, we do offer returns, but please note that we are unable to refund the cost of international shipping or upgraded (priority) shipping. Ensure careful packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Gift Cards

Items purchased with gift cards cannot be returned. However, they are eligible for exchange with items of equal or lesser value.

Address Verification

Please double-check your address to avoid shipping issues. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund or an additional charge for repeat shipping will occur if items are lost or returned due to incorrect addresses.

Gift-Wrapped Items

Gift-wrapped items must be returned in their original wrapped and unopened condition to qualify for a full refund.

If you notice any issues upon receiving your knife due to a mistake in the forge or finishing process, or encounter problems arising from these processes during normal use, we're here to assist. Ensuring you have a knife you love and that we're proud of is our utmost priority, and we're committed to replacing or repairing your knife to achieve that.

Our warranty, however, does not cover chips, breaks, or bends resulting from less-than-careful use. Fortunately, local knife sharpeners can easily and inexpensively repair chips and bends. Contact us for recommendations.
